Have some experience now during this tour, so here are some more details
For the meet & greet, just go inside the venue... and be at the right side of the stage when facing it. Time: at about 18:15-18:30h. We'll be picked up there at 18:30 or maybe 19:00, we go backstage and meet some guys
It usually takes about 10 minutes. Sometimes it's more hectic and sometimes it's more relaxed, really can't predict. However, this IS a big show and a big venue, so chances are that it will be a bit more crowded
There might be other people too meeting GT.
Also, if you really want to be in front row, please have your friends hold your place... but with 50k other people, that's gonna be a hard job
As for the rules, security could be tough and totally search your bag (camera!!) so do as you please but it is at your own risk. I know that I said that you can't take more then 2 things, but it all depends on the time and the situation if more things can be signed or not. In Stockholm2 it was very relaxed and a lot of things got signed (yes, more then 2), in Helsingborg it was rather strange and no room to sign a lot of stuff.
